Register yourself or up to ten participants in a single transaction. Choose a category, add the number you need, then enter each attendee's details at checkout.
What's Included
Every registration — for each person in your group — includes the following.
Four Steps
One person can register the whole group and pay once. An account is created automatically at checkout, and each attendee's details are collected at the same time.
Build Your Group
Choose the category that matches each person's status and add the number you need. You can mix categories, up to ten people in total per order.
Each category maps to its own WooCommerce product. Presenter details are captured per attendee at checkout. At least one author of an accepted abstract must be a registered, paid attendee for it to appear in the programme.
Attendee Details
Provide the details for each person in your group — their registration category is already set from Step 1. All fields are required, except MMC (for doctors practising in Malaysia) and the presentation fields (for presenters).

Upload Your Payment Proof
Registration can be paid two ways — online by card, or by direct bank transfer. If you paid by card, you're already confirmed. If you paid by bank transfer, upload your proof of payment below and our team will verify it and confirm your registration.
Paid online by card already? No action needed here — your registration is confirmed automatically once payment succeeds.
