Welcome to IHEC 2026

The 7th International Health Conference, organised by the Faculty of Medicine and Health Sciences, USIM.

Assalamualaikum warahmatullahi wabarakatuh and warm greetings to all.

It is my great pleasure and honour to welcome you to the 7th International Health Conference (IHEC) 2026, organised by the Faculty of Medicine and Health Sciences, USIM, under the theme Transforming Health Through Innovation, to be held from 7th to 8th October 2026 at USIM, Nilai, Negeri Sembilan, Malaysia.

This year's conference holds exceptional significance. Over the years, our faculty has cultivated a rich history of academic excellence and global collaboration. The depth of experience accumulated through these biennial meetings is fully reflected in this international gathering, making IHEC 2026 a truly commemorative milestone.

IHEC 2026 has been made possible through the unwavering dedication of our colleagues from the Faculty of Medicine and Health Sciences, USIM, and the support of our international co-host. Together, we have fostered a dynamic platform where scientific innovation, clinical expertise, and interdisciplinary exchange continue to flourish.

IHEC 2026 encompasses an extensive and thoughtfully curated scientific programme. The sessions span a wide spectrum, featuring distinguished plenary and symposium speakers addressing innovation in healthcare at every level — laboratory, clinical, and industry.

I am confident that IHEC 2026 will serve as an excellent opportunity for all participants to stay abreast of current trends, deepen their scientific understanding, and exchange knowledge with regional and global collaborators. The symposia, discussions, and collaborations formed here will undoubtedly help shape the innovative direction of future healthcare.

IHEC 2026 is hosted at Universiti Sains Islam Malaysia (USIM) in Nilai, Negeri Sembilan — a centrally located campus within easy reach of Kuala Lumpur and Kuala Lumpur International Airport.

The Faculty of Medicine and Health Sciences provides modern lecture theatres, breakout rooms, and exhibition and poster spaces — an ideal setting for two intensive days of plenaries, symposia, and scientific exchange.
