Abstract
Submission
We invite participants to submit abstracts for oral and poster presentation. Abstracts should be relevant to the conference theme and may include original research, case reports, innovations, quality improvement projects, reviews, or programme reports. All submissions are peer-reviewed by the Scientific Committee.
Theme & Scope
Authors are invited to submit abstracts related to the conference theme and the subthemes below.
Through Innovation
Abstracts may describe original research, case studies, innovations, quality improvement projects, educational initiatives, community-based programmes, or policy-related work. All abstracts must be submitted in English through the official online submission system.

Required Structure
Use the structured headings appropriate to your abstract category.
Submission Checklist
Please ensure all of the following are complete before submitting. Authors may indicate a preferred format — oral, poster, or either — though the final decision rests with the Scientific Committee.
Acceptance & Presenters
How decisions are reached, what acceptance means, and the registration required to present.
Acceptance
Acceptance of an abstract does not automatically include conference registration. The presenting author must complete registration and payment by the specified deadline.
Only abstracts with registered presenters will be included in the final programme and abstract book.
Withdrawal Policy
Authors who wish to withdraw an abstract must inform the conference secretariat in writing before the stated withdrawal deadline. Abstracts withdrawn after the deadline may still appear in the abstract book or programme.
One Author Must Register
At least one author must register and complete payment by the registration deadline for the abstract to be included in the conference programme and abstract book. Register below, or via the Registration page.
Each registered participant may submit up to two abstracts under the conference registration fee. For each additional abstract, an extra fee of RM50 per abstract applies on top of the registration fee.
Accepted abstracts must be presented during the assigned session. Full presentation details will be provided closer to the conference date.
